Campur Gusto Flexi Bread dengan ragi instan, tambahkan telur dan air, aduk dengan kecepatan rendah selama ± 2 menit, lalu aduk dengan kecepatan sedang ± 15 menit hingga adonan menjadi kalis (suhu adonan 28-29°C). Bulat-bulatkan adonan tutup dengan kain atau plastik dan istirahatkan selama ± 15 menit. Bagi adonan @ 60 g, bulat-bulatkan dan istirahatkan lagi selama ± 15 menit. Isi dan bentuk adonan lalu letakkan di atas loyang yang sudah dioles margarin dan simpan di dalam proof box (temperatur 35°C, RH 60%) selama ± 90-120 menit. Olesi adonan yang sudah mengembang dengan telur lalu panggang di dalam oven panas ± 180°C, selama ± 12-15 menit.

Mix Gusto Flexi Bread with instant yeast, add eggs and water, stir at low speed for approximately 2 minutes, then stir at medium speed for approximately 15 minutes until the dough becomes smooth (the dough temperature should be 28-29°C). Round the dough and cover it with a cloth or plastic and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 60g portions, round them again, and let them rest for another 15 minutes. Fill and shape the dough and place it on a baking sheet that has been greased with margarine and store it in a proof box (temperature 35°C, RH 60%) for approximately 90-120 minutes. Brush the dough with egg after it has risen and bake it in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C for about 12-15 minutes.
