Crispy crepe adalah jenis crepe yang dibuat renyah dan renyuk. Biasanya dibuat dengan adonan yang mencakup tepung beras dan pati jagung, selain bahan-bahan biasa seperti tepung, telur, dan susu. Adonan diaduk tipis pada permukaan griddle atau wajan panas dan dimasak sampai menjadi renyah dan kecoklatan.
