Adonan crepe terdiri dari tepung terigu, telur, susu, dan mentega atau minyak goreng. Crepe sering disajikan dengan berbagai macam topping, seperti gula halus, selai, buah-buahan segar, krim, dan cokelat. Crepe berasal dari Prancis dan kini telah menjadi populer di seluruh dunia.

Campurkan Gusto Crepe dan air, aduk perlahan hingga merata. Panaskan alat panggang crepe 150º-160ºC, ambil ± 2 sendok makan sayur, tuang di atas alat panggang lalu ratakan adonan dengan meletakkan tongkat kayu di atas adonan lalu putar sampai adonan menutupi alat panggang dan adonan crepe menjadi tipis dan rata. Panggang selama ± 2 menit lalu taburkan topping sesuai selera. Setelah ± 1 menit, kupas kulit crepe menggunakan alat kape sambil langsung dilipat menjadi dua bagian lalu dilipat sekali lagi hingga membentuk segitiga.

Mix Gusto Crepe and water, stir slowly until evenly distributed. Preheat the crepe griddle to 150º-160ºC, take ± 2 tablespoons of batter, pour it onto the griddle and spread the batter evenly by placing a wooden stick on top of the batter and turning it until the batter covers the griddle and the crepe becomes thin and even. Cook for ± 2 minutes, then sprinkle with toppings according to taste. After ± 1 minute, peel off the crepe using a crepe spatula while folding it into two and then fold it again to form a triangle.
