Panaskan oven (160°C). Kocok telur selama ± 3 menit dengan mixer kecepatan tinggi. Masukkan Gusto Cotonneux Cioccolata Chiffon dan air lalu kocok lagi pada kecepatan tinggi selama ± 8 menit sampai adonan kental dan mengembang. Masukkan margarin cair lalu diaduk (tanpa mixer) sampai merata dengan sendok kue/soletan. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang chiffon telah diolesi margarin. Panggang di dalam oven panas (160°C) selama ± 1 jam hingga matang.
